Apply For 2018/2019 Mastercard Foundation Scholarship At Duke University, USA

  1.       Mastercard Foundation is partnering with Duke University, USA to offer 100% free Undergraduate  scholarship to Africa students who are from economically disadvantaged communities but could not continue as a result of poor family background, for 2018/2019 academic session.

  1. Brief description : The Mastercard Foundation Scholarship Programme(MCFSP) for African students is now open for candidates who wants to apply at Duke University  for 2018/2019 academic year.

  2. Eligibility and criteria:
  4.   Candidates who are applying for this scholarship MUST meet up with the following criteria;
  6. *Must be a resident and a citizen of sub-Saharan Africa
  7. *Must have strong academic performance 
  8. *Must demonstrate interest and capacity for voluntary services and school/community activities
  9. *Must posses leadership potential
  10. *Will be willing to cope with change and have interest foreign countries and culture
  11. *Must be financially unstable and from lowest income bracket in country of origin
  12. *Must be willing to return to serve their home country and enhance economic growth and social development at the end of the program
  13. * Must have successfully completed their secondary education  with good grades
  14. *Transfer students are not eligible
  15. *Must meet up with academic qualifications for admission into Duke University, USA.
